On October 27th, CNTIC held a signing ceremony at Genertec Plaza for the first locomotive procurement and technology transfer contract for the high-power AC transmission locomotive procurement and technology transfer project under the Ministry of Railways. President Jiang Xinsheng, vice-president Liu Debing and Zhang Zhonghua, and officials from the Transportation Bureau of the Ministry of Railways attended the ceremony. President Jiang signed the contract on behalf of the Corporation.
